Capital One Compliance and Ethics (C&E) is looking for a Manager, Product Manager that will help reimagine the way compliance is implemented across the enterprise. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, data, technology and design – ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, partnering with key stakeholders, and continuously learning individually and as a team. This role will own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management, focusing on gathering business requirements, user insights, translation to engineering teams, and prioritizing within a product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

Salary ranges (full‑time annual) by location:

• Sales Territory: $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management; $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management; $200
