The Role

This is a "0-to-1" opportunity characterized by high ambiguity and heavy stakeholder management. You will act as the strategic bridge between Legal, Risk, and Engineering, taking complex regulatory advice and translating it into a technical roadmap. Because tax impacts nearly every corner of our tech stack, you will navigate diverse touchpoints across the organization to ensure our back-end systems handle tax logic with precision.

  • A Back-End Expert: You are comfortable working deep in the tech stack. It requires a strong grasp of system architecture and logic.
  • An Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in undefined spaces. You can look at the "big picture," identify gaps in how we currently operate, and build the "proper" way to do things from scratch.
  • A Relationship Builder: You are an expert at managing high-stakes partnerships with Legal and Risk while maintaining a strong, focused culture within your engineering squad.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
  • Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location
  • This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)
