About The Role

The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will lead tech teams building a reimagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with new intent on new platforms. You will work with multiple aspects of the Card Business to solve critical problems for agents and customers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is excited by evolving novel technologies like leveraging AI to simplify and automate processes
  • Is comfortable diving deep on data, understanding its importance to the use case, and leveraging it to achieve new intent
  • Is an integrated problem-solving rockstar, ready to partner with Process, Tech, Ops, and Risk teams to deliver a bold vision that improves upon the current state
  • Is comfortable diving into details to understand pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement in this critical Card process

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following (required degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date):
    • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field), Business, or Marketing
    • OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).

  • Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
