Responsibilities

  • Defining the technical vision and long-term strategy for the platform's core services, reusable components, data products, and internal APIs.
  • Ensuring the platform is architected for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Building and owning the product roadmap for your platform domain.
  • Treating internal partners as primary customers, focusing on developer experience, documentation, and the onboarding journey.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
  • Managing changes, maintaining a clear service catalog, and sunsetting older components as necessary.
  • Working closely with multiple lines of business partners to understand their use cases and requirements, and managing their credit bureau reporting processes.
  • Improving overall user experience and enhancing the credit bureau reporting process, including the CBR portal page, AI integration, and data analytics.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

  • Mclean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
