About the role

The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will lead tech teams building a reimagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with new intent on new platforms, working with multiple aspects of the Card Business.

Responsibilities

  • Evolving novel technologies like leveraging AI to simplify and automate processes
  • Understanding the importance of data and how to leverage it for new intents
  • Partnering with Process, Tech, Ops, and Risk teams to deliver a step-change improvement from current state solutions
  • Diving into details to understand pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement in critical Card processes

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
