• Extensive experience in project and program delivery
• Strong people leadership and team management capability
• Experience managing large-scale, complex cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
• Able to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively
• Experience with Jira and delivery governance processes
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial services preferred

About the role

As a key member of the Product Delivery leadership team, you will oversee end-to-end delivery planning and execution, support cross-functional collaboration, and act as an escalation point for delivery risks, RAID items, and resource challenges. You will play a critical role in driving operational discipline, managing SteerCo reporting, and ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully against agreed milestones and business outcomes. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across the roadmap.
