About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Product Delivery to lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the Genius S roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, focusing on time, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery planning and execution.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery risks, RAID items, and resource challenges.
  • Drive operational discipline, manage SteerCo reporting, and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully against agreed milestones and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project and program delivery.
  • Strong people leadership and team management capability.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
  • Able to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Jira and delivery governance processes.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will bring significant project and program delivery experience.
  • People leadership capability.
  • A strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services would be highly advantageous.
