Manager, Pro Sales
About the role
The ServiceTitan’s Pro Sales Manager is a key role responsible for ensuring the adoption of new features by existing customers. This role involves fostering strong customer relationships, driving feature adoption, and collaborating with various teams to achieve customer success.
Responsibilities
- Foster and build overall relationship with customers
- Increase adoption, ensure retention, and drive long-term customer success
- Be the go-to lead on new features adoption in an advocate/consultative approach
- Demonstrate a strong appreciation for new features and align business drivers with ServiceTitan’s solutions
- Proactively work with customers to establish critical goals and aid in achieving their objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop a coordinated view and consistent measurement of adoption
- Track and measure business impact and report findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience in a SaaS environment/company
- Experience in sales, service, or customer success-related roles
- Build relationships with customers and articulate the value of ServiceTitan offerings
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office skills and Salesforce
- Creativity and ability to run with minimal direction in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, simplifying complex problems for stakeholders

Pay
Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary and variable commission, the total compensation package includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $145,400 USD (Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA) and Zone 2: $135,800 USD (Applicable for: All other US locations).
