Manager, Premium

For our client, a leader in the Food & Beverages space, we are seeking a Manager Premium to shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build impactful relationships with wholesaler management and region teams
• Manage High End and Beyond Beer programs within assigned territory
• Create and present proposals for the development of Beyond Beer and High End brands
• Leverage local incentives to drive retail execution effectively
• Utilize AOE and BBE Programs for brand execution in the territory
• Execute key enabler programs for brand performance
• Identify market opportunities for sales and distribution
• Coordinate effectively with commercial teams and wholesalers to develop business initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the beverage/alcohol industry
• 2+ years of wholesaler management experience
• Certified Beer Server or Certified Cicerone preferred
• Proficiency in Power BI, Circana/IRI, BIR, PowerPoint, and Excel

Pay

$106,400 – $126,350 annually
