About the role
As a key member of the Syndigo team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of our client base by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product usage
- Provide training and support for new and existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support processes
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with web-based technologies and software applications
