You will define platform vision and roadmaps, standardize CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation, and partner with product and security leaders to enable high-velocity, reliable delivery. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, fostering an inclusive, learning-focused culture. You'll drive innovation in platform reliability, cost optimization, and sustainability while mentoring engineers and championing engineering best practices across IT and business teams.
