About the role

Responsible for all building maintenance and facility operations both interior and exterior. Provides direct supervision of plant operations employees in the daily execution of their responsibilities in unscheduled, scheduled, and preventative maintenance and repair.

Pay

Estimated salary range: $88,478.97 – $115,022.66 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience
• Florida Driver’s License (Class E Non-Commercial)
• Extensive knowledge and technical background related to facility plant equipment and hospital systems
• Detail-oriented and customer-service focused
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
