About the Role

As our Manager of Perioperative Services, you will provide comprehensive leadership and operational oversight for all perioperative phases, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient surgical care. Your role optimizes patient outcomes and staff performance. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, optimize surgical schedules, oversee resource allocation, and implement best practices to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. You will also monitor financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideally, the candidate should have previous PACU (Recovery Room) and/or Pre-op/Phase II experience in a tertiary level setting, or have held a previous leadership position in a Perioperative Services department that included the Peri-Anesthesia departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of six years of recent work experience in perioperative nursing that demonstrates requisite job knowledge and abilities
  • Three years in a supervisory or management capacity, or any equivalent combination of education and experience

$66.26 - $109.33 per hour
