About the role

The Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for driving high-performing marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role oversees campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform continuous improvement
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and market trends
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in performance marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
