What you'll do
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
- Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
- Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution—and turn the results into action
- Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
- Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.
- Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
- Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
- Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
- Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.
