Partners with senior leadership to develop proactive strategies to strengthen culture, productivity, and engagement within the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Builds comprehensive, future-focused people strategies that ensure impactful business outcomes
- Establishes trusted partnerships with senior business executives and builds a high level of business acumen
- Proactively understands external trends and business needs to influence the best people and business results
- Leverages consultative skills to influence where the business is headed
- Successfully manages through ambiguity and change leadership while leading the organization through transformational change
- Partners with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR and business initiatives that drive effectiveness and efficiency
- Leads with data and insights to inform decisions and the right solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state organizations
- 8 years of generalist experience in human resources
- Prior experience partnering with sales leadership and go-to-market teams (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in people and change leadership/management in a dynamic environment
- 2 years of management experience

Pay
Starting base pay range for this position is $95,327.27 - $149,800 annually. This range is base pay only and does not consider other components of the total rewards package. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
