About the Role
The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management. This role has end-to-end accountability for all People & Culture activities and plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence.
- Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring.
- Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility.
- Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset.
- Credible leadership presence and sound judgment.
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
- Change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Growth mindset: staying curious, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
