What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Execute internal controls integral to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and vendor communications
• Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and feedback on performance
• Partner with various teams to align accounts payable and payroll processes with company objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of progressive experience in payroll management; accounts payable experience preferred
• A strong understanding of payroll and accounts payable principles, GAAP, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with advanced proficiency in math
• Experience in automating processes and implementing internal controls
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• A college degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financial System, SAP Concur, Workday, and ADP
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience leading system migrations in a public company or SOX compliant environment
