Job Summary Join the GoTo Foods Loyalty team as a partner-obsessed, strategic, and creative thinker. You will develop and execute the loyalty partnership strategy to support overall business objectives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from ideation and negotiation to launch, activation, and optimization — to enhance GoTo Foods’ loyalty programs, boost customer engagement, and create mutual value with partners across our portfolio of iconic brands. Essential Functions Execute the growth partnerships strategy, including identifying, negotiating, and managing rewards partnerships. Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with partners to drive program growth, visibility, and long-term relevance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital, CRM, Legal, and Analytics teams to successfully launch, activate, and optimize partnerships. Monitor partnership performance through key metrics (engagement, acquisition, retention, revenue impact, and frequency) and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. Troubleshoot issues, manage ongoing promotions, and ensure seamless execution across channels to maximize impact and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field. Work Experience 7-10 years of experience in loyalty programs, partnerships, marketing, or business development (QSR, retail, or hospitality experience strongly preferred). Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships from negotiation through successful execution. Experience with major partnerships (e.g., financial services, retail, travel, or other consumer brands) is highly valued. Skills Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer data platforms, segmentation, and performance metrics. Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and effectively work with others as a team. Ability to take direction and work independently to achieve objectives Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments. Ability to identify information, materials, and resources needed to complete a project or assignment. Ability to develop detailed and specific procedures and processes outlining the steps to follow in completing department, program and/or project tasks. Ability to be flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and other interruptions, which may impact pre-established timelines and courses of action for completing projects and assignments.
