Manager, Parking

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of parking staff.
• Function as advisor to unit and administration and set goals and objectives for team members.
• Analyze and resolve problems through drawing from prior experiences.
• Interpret policies (e.g., fiscal management, HR, contracts and grants, resource management in defined areas) and demonstrate solid subject matter knowledge.
• Supervise, train, and aid in the hiring of parking leads and parking attendants.
• Define seasonal budget and adjust staff for daily needs.
