Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in customer operations, account management, commercial operations, compliance, or a closely related function
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
- English fluency (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of managing senior-level customer or partner relationships
- Strong analytical and operational rigor
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience managing China-based customer or partner portfolios
- Prior ownership of local compliance programs
- Background in managing key accounts with defined commercial targets
- Significant experience navigating US-China cross-border business environments
- Experience at a top-tier professional services, consulting, or large enterprise organization
- Working knowledge of commercial agreements and regulatory compliance requirements
