Manager, Paid Search
About the role
NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team.
This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of managing paid search and Performance Max campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute paid search media strategies and recommendations for clients
- Ensure new platform features and updates are considered and potentially implemented to clients’ campaigns
- Project estimated campaign performance results based on client budgets and benchmark costs and rates
- Develop & implement paid search campaign structures to manage and optimize to performance goals such as CPL, ROAS, or LTV
- Follow department media buying and quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns run accurately
- Steward clients’ budgets through meticulous management of daily or lifetime spending and monthly, quarterly, or annual pacing
- Improve campaign performance by making optimization recommendations and using paid search campaign management checklist to identify opportunities
- Met internal and external deadlines for assigned tasks
- Create, deliver, and present client reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in a storytelling format with insights and recommended next steps
- Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Ads with 2+ years of agency experience
- Experience in managing monthly budgets exceeding $500K
- Thrives off improving paid search media campaign performance and the opportunity to drive growth for clients
- Uses platform, AI, and third-party data to understand what may be impacting campaign performance
- Understands how to determine when ad copy needs to be updated
- Strong communication and presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and data analysis to ensure campaigns run accurately and insights are uncovered that lead to campaign recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently
- Team player who is willing to help others whenever needed
- Responsive to constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth
Bonus points
- Experience managing app campaigns in Google and Apple Ads
- Familiarity with LLM ads, including AI Max campaigns and ChatGPT ads
- Experience with international campaigns
- History of collaborating with other paid media channel or SEO teams
- Certifications from Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
- Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics

Compensation
Base Salary: USD $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; depending on experience and skills
Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
