Manager, Outreach Phlebotomy Services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for the management and operations of onsite and mobile phlebotomy, long term care client services, and relationships with and management of the outsourced courier vendor.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's degree with a minimum of five years Directly Related Experience Required.
• Minimum Of Three Years management experience, preferably in a clinical laboratory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations by being articulate, concise, and persuasive both in writing and orally.
• Demonstrated project and time management, and critical thinking skills,
• Flexibility to meet customer needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of principles of organizational development and organizational effectiveness preferred.
• Valid WI driver's license and Department of Motor Vehicle record meeting the requirements of Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories' Driving Record Standards Policy.
