Description

This position is responsible for management and strategic growth of the outpatient imaging center comprised of multiple modalities. The manager directs all center activities including coordination of schedules, colleague training, policies and procedures, patient flow, customer service, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management. The manager embraces innovation and leverages cutting‑edge technology to deliver outstanding patient experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management, OR graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program with equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of progressive imaging experience and supervisory/management experience in imaging, ambulatory care, or healthcare operations.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with PACS, EHR, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively function in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive interpersonal skills, professional image, exceptional oral and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service orientation.

Pay Range

$94,640.00 – $142,001.60
