The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. As the Manager of FP&A, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide valuable insights, and contribute to key decision-making processes to support the company's financial goals and growth. Report To: Chief Financial Officer Pay Range: Base salary $130 - $160K + Annual Bonus Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Work Location: This role is 100% remote. Implement effective financial planning templates and procedures to align with organizational objectivesForecasting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts to assist leadership in decision-making. Conduct variance analysis and track key drivers of financial performanceStrategic Financial Support: Support executive leadership with financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Offer data-driven insights to help optimize financial performanceManagement Reporting: Generate regular financial reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders (board & lender). Create dashboards and presentations to communicate financial performanceCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support. Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate financial reportingInvestment/Expense Management: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to continually evaluate ROI and optimize spendRisk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends and assess their impact on financial performanceM&A: Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities in partnership with the executive leadership teamOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysisProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications/Experience: 2+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity investingPrior experience working within a private equity-backed company, with an understanding of the fast-paced, results-driven environment and scalability goals typically associated with PE ownershipPrior work experience within a SaaS organizationPython & financial automation: Experience using LLMs to design and build data pipelines, API integrations, and workflow automations across Finance and GTM tooling.
