Manager or Senior Manager - Renewable Energy Credits

Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to provide expertise in federal IRA tax credits, including Investment Tax Credits, Production Tax Credits, Clean Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, and related credits. Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of IRA credit projects
• Conducting technical analysis
• Preparing documentation

• For senior roles: leading multiple engagements, driving business development, and mentoring team members

Qualifications

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager) or eight years (Manager) of recent experience in federal taxation, renewable/energy tax credits, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or other approved credentials required within a year of hire if not already possessed

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and handling complex datasets
• Strong knowledge of federal tax regulations, energy tax credit analysis, and compliance standards
• Experience managing technical work, engagements, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Additional qualifications for senior roles include extensive experience in federal taxation and energy credits, plus leadership in managing client relationships and practice growth
