About the role
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice, specializing in renewable energy tax credits.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical expertise in federal IRA tax credits such as Investment Tax Credits, Production Tax Credits, Clean Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, and others.
- Manage the design, execution, and documentation of IRA credit projects.
- Oversee project management frameworks.
- Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and compliant deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
- For Senior Managers: lead complex engagements, drive practice growth, and mentor team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (Senior Manager) or eight (Manager) years of relevant experience in federal taxation with renewable or energy‑related credits.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Professional credential such as CPA, EA, or JD required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of federal tax credits and compliance.
