Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent experience in public accounting or corporate taxation, with preference for credit and incentive services.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA, EA, JD/LLM or other approved credentials required or obtainable within one year of employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills to articulate complex information.
• Ability to travel and work at client locations as needed.
• For Senior Manager, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience is preferred.

Work collaboratively across multiple service lines to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services, including identifying and securing various credits, grants, and incentives. Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, developing industry expertise, and identifying new business opportunities. Lead and manage multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of tax benefits, technical research, and compliance support. Mentor and supervise junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
