Manager, Operations - Workforce Intelligence

Position Summary

This position oversees labor generation allocation and design for store departments, analyzes business objectives, develops workforce planning strategies, finds creative solutions to customer and operational issues, collaborates with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs, and ensures compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
• OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters: Economics
• Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
