About the role
The Manager, Operations Support provides leadership and oversight for Operations Department scheduling, shift staffing, work management, and day-to-day operational support activities at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant. This role serves as a key member of the Operations leadership team, ensuring adequate licensed operator coverage, safe and efficient execution of plant work activities, and compliance with plant operating licenses, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. The position oversees work management functions, operational risk assessments, equipment tag-outs, operations impact reviews, and coordination of maintenance and engineering activities.
