About the Role

This position manages the outpatient operations of the facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality, cost-effective medical services. The role oversees clinical, quality, administrative, and fiscal aspects of the organization, resolving operational and organizational challenges while supervising and directing assigned personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the site medical expense team to control targeted costs for inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to address issues, concerns, and communicate the organization’s mission.
  • Manage, organize, and plan the operation of assigned clinics.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, capital, and operational budgets.
  • Review clinic systems, concerns, budgets, and goals with physicians, focusing on cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Strategize with senior staff on program expansion, business development, and new care models.
  • Focus on quality improvement, utilization, and reducing medical costs while leveraging provider partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets and reports, such as variance analysis and financial/quality metrics.
  • Develop and update comprehensive medical management work plans/programs to ensure revenue accuracy.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience (Required).
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred).
  • Five years of technical experience (Preferred).
  • One year of leadership experience (Preferred).

Pay

The estimated base pay for this position is $78,000 to $105,309. Additional compensation may include differentials, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Base pay is part of a comprehensive rewards package, including benefits.

Schedule

Full-time regular position with an 8-hour shift length.
