We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a summary of responsibilities, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. The posting includes description paragraphs, summary of responsibilities, how you'll have an impact (list of duties), skills and experience needed, tools/equipment/conditions, where you'll work, more information (pay range, benefits, schedule). We need to map to sections. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief overview), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience), Qualifications (maybe preferred), Skills (maybe skills list), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must avoid thin sections; combine if needed. Let's extract content: - Intro: mission-driven etc. Could be About the role. - Summary Of Responsibilities: paragraph about overseeing operations etc. - Here’s How You’ll Have An Impact: bullet list of duties (many). That's responsibilities. - Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective: list of education/experience preferences. - Here Are The Tools, Equipment, & Conditions: list of work conditions. - Here's Where You'll Work: location. - Here's Some More Information You Need To Know: pay range, full-time exempt, bonus, benefits, closing date. We need to output sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (the bullet list from "Here’s How You’ll Have An Impact" plus maybe summary paragraph?), Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe preferred degree?), Skills (skills list), Benefits (benefits statement), Pay (pay range + bonus), Schedule (work hours, flexible hours, travel). Also maybe Working Conditions (tools/equipment/conditions) could be part of Schedule or separate but we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into Schedule or maybe not create a section if not matching allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those. Thus: - About the role: intro paragraph (mission-driven etc.) plus maybe summary of responsibilities? But we have separate Responsibilities section. - Responsibilities: combine the Summary Of Responsibilities paragraph and the bullet list under Here’s How You’ll Have An Impact. Also maybe some other duties like "Perform other duties as assigned" etc. We'll include all. - Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree in Sports Administration or Business preferred; 5 years full-time experience in housing, program management, or closely related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Event/operation management experience at USOPC, NGB, corporate hospitality or collegiate environment; Experience managing overall operations in housing facilities, preferably resource and occupancy management and revenue generation; Knowledge of property management systems; Knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce preferred; Familiarity with Olympic/Paralympic Movement etc.; Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, communication, problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, attention to detail; Ability to work autonomously within team; Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office. But many of those are skills; we might separate Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (skills list). Qualifications maybe for preferred qualifications (Master's degree, etc.) but we can treat Requirements as mandatory, Qualifications as preferred. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 5 years full-time experience in housing, program management, or related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Event/operation management experience at USOPC, NGB, corporate hospitality or collegiate environment; Experience managing overall operations in housing facilities, preferably resource and occupancy management and revenue generation; Knowledge of property management systems; Knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce preferred. - Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Sports Administration or Business preferred; Familiarity with Olympic/Paralympic Movement, outside sports organization, or collegiate environment highly desirable. - Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, communication, problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks requiring high attention to detail; Ability to work autonomously within a team of skilled professionals; Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint. That seems reasonable. - Benefits: "This position will be eligible for USOPC benefits. You can view a summary here." Also bonus eligibility: Annual Incentive Award Program with 15% target. Could be part of Benefits or Pay. But we have separate Pay section for salary range and bonus. Benefits section can mention USOPC benefits. - Pay: "Hiring pay range $70,000 - $75,000 per year. This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week. Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion." - Schedule: "Non-traditional and/or flexible work hours on occasion, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Some domestic and international travel may be required. Regular attendance at work is an essential job function." Also maybe mention full-time 40 hours per week (but that's in Pay). We'll include schedule details. - About the role: The introductory paragraph: "Are you mission-driven and passionate about helping others succeed? Do you strive to lead, follow, and act with integrity? Are you the one who honors your commitments? Is building trusting relationships an integral part of why you do what you do? Do you push limits and challenge the status quo? If you answered YES, keep reading to discover how you can significantly contribute to Team USA's success!" plus maybe the summary paragraph? But we already have Responsibilities. We'll keep About the role as that motivational intro. - Where you'll work: "Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center". Could be part of About the role or maybe we add a short line but not a heading. We could incorporate into About the role as a sentence. - Tools/Equipment/Conditions: "Standard office equipment; Office environment in multi-story building on multi-building site; Non-traditional and/or flexible work hours on occasion, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Some domestic and international travel may be required; Regular attendance at work is an essential job function." This overlaps with Schedule; we can incorporate into Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, closing date? The closing date is "This job posting will close 12:00pm MT on 10/16/2026." That's metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p at end maybe with closing date. But we should avoid adding extra sections. We'll just include a small paragraph after sections maybe. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's construct:
