About the role
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other managers to align department goals with overall organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management roles within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
