Responsibilities
- Support assessments of end-to-end North America processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to simplification and standardization efforts that reduce operational complexity and improve execution speed.
- Support simple, fit-for-purpose governance routines (e.g., calendars, dashboards, templates, action logs) to strengthen clarity and execution discipline.
- Capture cross-functional inputs for operational reviews, ensuring timely preparation and alignment across stakeholders.
- Track initiative progress, risks, and follow-ups to drive accountability and ensure closure of action items.
- Develop and maintain performance tracking tools, scorecards, and reports to measure operational excellence outcomes.
- Prepare clear, concise, executive-ready materials to support decision-making in governance and leadership forums.
- Support high-priority, cross-functional projects aligned with company strategy and goals - including cost optimization, digital enablement, data transparency, and growth acceleration - by providing analysis, coordination, and execution support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, business analysis, consulting, PMO, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting cross-functional transformation, PMO, or change-management activities.
- Experience conducting process mapping, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving using data-driven approaches.
- Experience building dashboards, trackers, scorecards, or KPI reports to support operational visibility and performance management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready communication for leadership forums.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt) is a plus.
- Experience with digital workflow, process-mapping, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Signavio, Smartsheet, Visio, Miro, BPMN).

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $117,500 - 218,300 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Details of Participation in Benefit Plans
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Corporate Integrity Agreement
Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement on September 30, 2021. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
