Manager Operation Excellence-Black Belt
Responsibilities
- Lead the Site Black belt Operations.
- Cookinate with all the stake holders for Cost saving initiatives.
- Instrumental in training of Yellow and Green Blet.
- Coach the Trained Green belts for Certification projects.
- Assist the Site Manager for Performance Management review and KPI review.
- Construct the SITE KPI in coordination with Site Manager and ensure they are deployed to all levels.
Requirements
- Preferred candidate to be either a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Chemistry.
- Mandatory to be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
- Preferred if a Black Belt certification is available.
