Manager, Onboarding - ATX

About the role

The Manager, Onboarding will lead the onboarding process for new employees in Austin, TX. This role will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding programs that meet company standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed.
• Provide guidance and support to new hires during their first weeks at the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in an onboarding capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using HR software and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with AI tools and technology in the workplace.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
