About the role
The Manager, Onboarding will lead the onboarding process for new employees in Austin, TX. This role will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that meet company standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires during their first weeks at the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in an onboarding capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using HR software and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with AI tools and technology in the workplace.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
