Key Responsibilities

  • Define HCP omnichannel execution standards: Maintain enterprise best practices for HCP omnichannel activation (e.g., segment/eligibility rules, trigger logic, channel sequencing/cadence)

  • Set readiness and quality expectations: Define launch-readiness and QA requirements for HCP omnichannel activations, and guide teams in diagnosing recurring execution issues
  • Enable full-funnel measurement and tracking: Ensure consistent tracking of HCP engagement and adoption metrics across the journey and resolve common measurement gaps
  • Enable test-and-learn execution: Standardize experiment designs and templates (A/B sequencing tests, cadence tests, segment/eligibility tests, message/CTA tests, channel-mix tests); document learnings for enterprise playbooks
  • Report performance and learnings: Provide standardized performance snapshots and post-sprint/post-campaign readouts; capture earnings and feed them back to Agile pods to inform future plans and the next sprint backlog
  • Support compliance and safety: Support compliant HCP activation aligned to internal review governance, privacy/consent expectations, and FDA standards; flag risk areas and proactively escalate to the Media Buy Lead for resolution
