Job Summary
To administer, analyze and appraise the care given to patients within the Department. To advise the Department Director regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, quality improvement processes. To anticipate and estimate future needs of the Department to improve quality of patient care in accordance with the philosophy, goals, objectives and mission of the hospital.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license is acceptable for position if current and compliant
- BLS-American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Provider issued card required
- CRRN preferred
- Acute care experience required, Management experience preferred
