About the role
The Operations Manager at Valley View's Women's Health Clinic provides input into the operations of the clinic, manages front line staffing, staff development and training, assists with data analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Prior hospital experience preferred; One to Two years of customer service experience preferred. Management: at least 3 years preferred
- Skills: Excellent customer service and phone skills. Ability to work under variable conditions, well-organized, dependable and flexible. Must be a team player. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, Tableau.

Pay
Salary Range: $62,857.60 to $92,435.20 annually. Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
