About the role
NFI North Community Based Services is seeking a skilled manager of treatment to provide individual and family therapy to support children and adolescents and their families covering the state of New Hampshire. This is a unique position in NFI’s expanding service array working with an integrated team that provides a wide array of therapeutic services to youth and families throughout the state of New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to support children and adolescents and their families.
- Work with an integrated team providing a wide array of therapeutic services to youth and families.
- Conduct in-home services to youth and families participating in community-based services.
- Support clients in achieving their goals through therapy and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and supports.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- On-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with youth and families is required.
- Consideration may be given to a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with a minimum of five years’ experience working with youth and families and certification in a therapeutic area.
- Experience with in-home services and flexible scheduling is essential.
- Reliable transportation is needed for travel as indicated.
