Manager of Strategy

About the role

The Manager of Strategy will work in partnership with the Vice President of Strategy to support executive leadership with strategic priorities, and project manage strategic initiatives, growth, and other special projects.

Responsibilities

• Approach the work with a cross-functional (department, organization, and community) mindset and assume primary responsibility for select projects and initiatives as directed.
• Be a trusted advisor to the executive leadership and work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Be a member of the Leadership Council.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management and at least five years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, or facilitating organizational change.
• A master’s degree and/or PMP certification is preferred.
