This manager position reports to Senior Management and is responsible for powering day‑to‑day operations, driving operational excellence, and leading a high‑energy crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across diverse concepts—including retail, quick‑service, and full‑service locations—to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and presentation standards for every product served.
• Own scheduling and staffing, guaranteeing full shift coverage and top‑tier service.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers.
• Foster a positive workplace culture where Crewmembers feel supported, respected, and motivated.
• Champion safety by maintaining a hazard‑free environment and ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace laws, and safety standards.
• Address Coyle + NSF audit findings promptly, leading corrective actions with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and collective bargaining agreement to ensure consistency and understanding.

Qualifications

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in full‑service restaurants or retail (multi‑unit experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and weather‑related days as needed.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

The role requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work during adverse weather conditions.
