Responsibilities

• Help lead service and support a welcoming guest experience.
• Communicate priorities clearly with front-of-house, kitchen, bar, events, and operations teams.
• Support team training, accountability, scheduling needs, and workplace standards.
• Respond thoughtfully to guest needs and operational issues.
• Help maintain safe, clean, organized, and consistent restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Restaurant, hospitality, events, or operations leadership experience is helpful.
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through are expected.
• Ability to stay calm and constructive in a busy service environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for restaurant, event, evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

Physical requirements

This role includes standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the property. The work takes place in a busy restaurant and waterfront environment with changing service demands.
