Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Corporate Relations Manager to drive Ethnus's Staffing & Workforce vertical. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with manufacturing units, corporates, and organizations in e-commerce, hospitality, and retail sectors seeking bulk manpower on a contract staffing basis, and converting these relationships into deployment mandates for Ethnus-trained talent.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, with a strong preference for staffing, contract manpower, or HR services background across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated existing network of HR/operations contacts in manufacturing units, e-commerce companies, hospitality groups, and retail chains.
• Consultative sales skills — ability to construct and present a strong business case and ROI for contract staffing.
• Prominent record of closing bulk/volume hiring accounts.
• Willingness to undertake moderate to extensive travel within and outside the assigned location.
