Responsibilities

• Works closely with leadership to utilize the appropriate metrics and monitoring tools to assure that messages are being responded to, charts and documentation are being completed, appointments are scheduled, and charges are captured in accordance with all organizational policies, regulatory and compliance practices.
• Identifies trends that indicate the need for further training or process change and develops the needed training or process changes.
• Works closely with Benefis Medical Group leadership, providers and staff, as well as revenue cycle and other departments impacted.
• Is responsible for the monitoring of staffing, maintaining the staffing reports and operations of the float pool.
• Participates in a lead role for the Benefis Medical Group patient satisfaction committee.
• Performs frequent presentations to various levels of the organization.
• Deals with pressure to meet deadlines, accuracy, and handling constantly changing situations.
• Deals with a variety of people, stressful situations, and handles conflict.
• Performs all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Adheres to all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Masters Degree required
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in healthcare administration required
• Experience in patient revenue cycle, including data analysis preferred

Exemption

The position is Exempt.

Wage

Starting Wage: $79,934.40/annual
