• Creates the monthly schedule for employees, assists in Kronos documentation and Lawson documentation.
• Ensures there are adequate supplies and equipment for care of patients.
• Participates in hiring new employees, creating annual budgets and in coaching and corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Associate Degree
