About the role

Lead a high-performing department overseeing provider compensation assessments, analysis, and model implementation. Ensure accurate processing of provider compensation and resolve contract or compensation issues promptly. Manage Provider Compensation Administration, Analytics, and Monitoring teams. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives related to provider compensation and contracting. Oversee policy and procedure implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fair market value, and audit requirements. Lead multiple projects with effective delegation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in finance, accounting, or operational analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to educate leadership, staff, and providers.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing provider compensation models.
  • Membership in the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals is required, with ongoing education and certification encouraged.
