You will manage the work environment, identify workforce needs, and ensure team alignment with Voluntary Benefits strategic priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on team leadership, coaching, and employee development.
  • Ensure effective performance management practices are in place.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the project management framework.
  • Build relationships with business leaders to understand objectives and priorities, maximizing productivity through effective resource assignments, training, monitoring, and coaching.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes with an emphasis on quality, delivery, and customer service.
  • Lead discussions with key business stakeholders on project performance to maximize effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience as a project manager leading operationally advanced projects.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management leadership position.
  • Prior voluntary benefits or employee benefits (EB) experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $79,250.00 - $126,750.00. The actual compensation will be based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, and any award depends on individual and organizational performance.
