About the role
Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing products and processes that enable reliable production of high-quality chemical delivery products, systems, and devices while driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, safety, scalability, and novelty.
Responsibilities
- Process Development and Scale-Up: Converts laboratory concepts into manufacturable processes; develops process flows and manufacturing methods; establishes process parameters and operating windows; designs pilot and production-scale manufacturing solutions; identifies risks before production launch.
- Manufacturing Process Ownership: Monitors process performance; investigates yield losses; solves production problems; improves throughput; reduces scrap and rework.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Defines manufacturing requirements; creates process specifications; develops work instructions; qualifies equipment; supports design-for-manufacturability reviews.
- Quality And Regulatory Compliance: Ensures processes comply with quality standards; supports audits and investigations; develops validation protocols; establishes process controls; reduces variation.
- Documentation And Reporting: Maintains accurate records of training activities, attendance, certifications, and learning outcomes; prepares and presents reports on training effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators to senior management and decision-makers.
Requirements
- BS Engineering or related
- Prior experience in Semiconductor Industry
Qualifications
- MS/PhD Engineering or related (preferred)
