About the role
Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing products and processes that enable reliable production of high-quality chemical delivery products, systems, and devices while driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, safety, scalability, and novelty.
Responsibilities
- Process Development and Scale-Up: Convert laboratory concepts into manufacturable processes. Develop process flows and manufacturing methods. Establish process parameters and operating windows. Design pilot and production-scale manufacturing solutions. Identify risks before production launch.
- Manufacturing Process Ownership: Monitor process performance. Investigate yield losses. Solve production problems. Improve throughput. Reduce scrap and rework.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Define manufacturing requirements. Create process specifications. Develop work instructions. Qualify equipment. Support design-for-manufacturability reviews.
- Quality And Regulatory Compliance: Ensure processes comply with quality standards. Support audits and investigations. Develop validation protocols. Establish process controls. Reduce variation.
- Documentation And Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process activities. Prepare and present reports on process effectiveness and key performance indicators.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related field (required).
- MS or PhD in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in the Semiconductor Industry (preferred).
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
